Robert Allen Art

ROBERT ALLEN is an abstract painter based near Birmingham, England.

​After gaining a B.A. with honors in Fine Art from Reading University, Berkshire, where he studied under Sir Terry Frost, he moved to New York City after being offered a place at Columbia University’s School of Fine Art, where he completed his MFA.

​Over the next decade he produced a large body of work from his studio on the Lower East Side, exhibiting in solo and group shows in Manhattan.

​Returning to the U.K, Robert continued to exhibit his work in the West Midlands while also working as a member of the exhibitions team at the New Art Gallery, Walsall.
